Vishali Raina
Vishali brings more than 25 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving high-impact initiatives across product, strategy, technology, and operations in global financial institutions and startups. A graduate of BITS Pilani, she combines strong analytical grounding with deep experience in leading teams, building scalable solutions, and guiding people through growth and change.
Her passion for enabling people to realise their potential led to the creation of Trika — an initiative focused on leadership development, team development, and executive coaching. Through this work, she aims to strengthen individuals and organisations and contribute meaningfully to India’s larger journey toward a confident, capable, and progressive future.
Shannu Kaw
Shannu Kaw is a business leader with three decades of global experience in the technology industry. She has led teams across strategy, operations, procurement, product development, and software engineering, with deep expertise in extended workforce development.
Her passion for growing people and teams inspired the creation of Trika, an initiative that helps corporates and individuals unlock their potential, strengthen performance, and lead purposeful, balanced lives.
Shannu is an alumna of IIM Bangalore and BITS Pilani, and has been actively involved with Akshaya Patra, including serving on its advisory board.

Akhil Chaturvedi
Akhilesh Chaturvedi, CEO of Yayati Consulting and alumnus of IIM Bangalore, is a seasoned leadership, business, and technology consultant and executive coach. He has led multimillion-dollar global accounts and large-scale digital transformation programmes across financial services, retail, telecom, manufacturing, and healthcare in APAC, Europe, and North America.
Combining deep expertise in enterprise architecture, AI, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and clinical and industrial psychology, Akhilesh brings both an operator’s lens and an Integral, consciousness-informed perspective to his work. He partners with boards and senior leaders to navigate disruption, sharpen strategy, and build resilient, high-performing organisations that remain deeply human in an increasingly technology-driven world.
Dr. Sonali Gupta
Dr. Sonali Gupta helps leaders unlock entrepreneurial mindsets — curiosity, ownership, and the ability to convert constraints into opportunities. As Founder of Science of Startup, she partners with universities, corporates, and NGOs to build entrepreneurial leadership and learning ecosystems through tailored programs, institutional strategy, and high-impact partnerships.
An alumna of BITS Pilani and IIM Bangalore with a PhD from IIM Indore, Sonali brings 25+ years spanning industry and academia. Her approach combines research-backed frameworks, evidence-based insight, and hands-on execution to develop entrepreneurship capacity across diverse communities.
