Reconnect with
yourself

Most of us have spent years becoming very good at being someone. A role. A function. A version of ourselves that works in the world — capable, dependable. We built this person carefully.

But somewhere in the process, we stopped asking whether this person is actually us.

Antara begins before dawn, in the mountains, by the Ganga. The only sounds are the birds and the water. And for the first time in a long time — nothing is required of you.

Rishikesh is not a backdrop. It is the reason.

Rishikesh is not a backdrop.
It is the reason.

Rishikesh is not a backdrop. It is the reason.

For centuries, seekers have come here in search of purpose and truth.

The mountains, The river. The silence. It quiets the noise within.

At Antara, you don't just observe Rishikesh. You experience it in its full splendour.

The Experience

Five days. Five inquiries.

One direction.

Each day builds precisely on the one before. The arc moves from self-location to integration.

How I Arrive

What am I bringing in?

Beneath the Story

What story am I still living inside?

The Body Knows

What is my body asking me to notice?

My Impact

How do I actually land with others?

What I Carry Forward

What do I now know that I didn't before?

Meet the Facilitators

Retreat Lead & ICTC Facilitator

Akhil Chaturvedi

Akhil Chaturvedi is an executive coach, facilitator, and founder of ICTC - Integral Consciousness Transformation Coaching. Drawing from clinical psychology, contemplative inquiry, and leadership experience, he holds a grounded, reflective space for self-observation and discernment. At the retreat, he supports participants in returning with greater clarity, presence, and conscious choice.

Yoga, Prāṇāyāma & Meditation Guide

Dr. Pradeep Yogi

Dr. Pradeep Yogi is a PhD in Yoga Science, E-RYT 500 teacher, and Rishikesh-rooted yoga and meditation guide. Drawing from classical yogic texts, āsana, prāṇāyāma, and contemplative practice, he supports participants in slowing down, settling the body, refining attention, and entering stillness with greater steadiness.

holistic healer

Dr. Nutan Kher

Dr. Nutan Kher is a Sanskrit scholar, holder of a doctorate in Ancient Indian History, Reiki Grandmaster, and guide to Rishikesh's sacred geography. Drawing from the Vedas, Upanishads, classical Indian scriptures, and healing traditions, she helps participants understand the wisdom, lineages, and living spiritual context of this ancient inner landscape.

trika co founder

Vishali Raina

Vishali spent twenty-five years leading teams across product, strategy, and operations in global financial institutions and startups. A graduate of BITS Pilani, she co-founded TRIKA out of a conviction that real leadership begins on the inside. At Antara, she holds the organisational backbone of the retreat and comes to it as a fellow traveller, rigorous, curious, and asking the same questions.

trika co founder

Shannu Kaw

Shannu Kaw spent thirty years in global technology, holding senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies. An alumna of BITS Pilani, she co-founded TRIKA after asking the question most high-performers avoid: what is this all for. At Antara, she is both organiser and fellow traveller - she has sat with the same questions, and doesn't arrive with answers.
