Antara: Beginning Within

Shannu and I were talking one afternoon, the way we often do, and we found ourselves circling back to a simple question. We have built TRIKA around Awareness, Clarity and Action and these principles shape our workshops, coaching and leadership programs. But where does someone actually go to experience that? Not learn about it. Experience it.
That conversation became Antara.
At TRIKA, we have always believed that real growth begins within, and Antara, our first public retreat, is built around that belief.
Life today moves fast. Most of us spend our days moving from one thing to the next. There is always another meeting to attend, another decision to make, another task waiting to be completed. We get so used to doing that we rarely stop to make sense of where we are, how we are doing or what truly matters.
Antara was created to offer that pause.
The name Antara means what lives within, and that is exactly what these few days in Rishikesh are for: to slow down, step back and reconnect with yourself in a simple, honest way.
For us, Antara reflects the spirit of TRIKA. It is about more than building capability in a practical sense. It is also about strengthening the inner part of who we are, the part that shapes how we think, communicate, make decisions and handle challenges. When we understand ourselves better, our actions naturally become steadier and more purposeful.
We hope everyone who comes to Antara leaves with something simple but valuable: a little more clarity, a little more calm, and a stronger connection with themselves. Because the most important journey is not always about going somewhere new. Sometimes it is about coming back to yourself.
Because the most important journey is not always about going somewhere new.
Sometimes, it is about coming back to yourself.
